FriYay Spotlight

On the first Friday of each month, our team gets together in the afternoon for FriYay, a mix of learning, sharing wins and lessons, reviewing performance metrics and objectives, and connecting outside the day-to-day

This month’s session featured a customer led presentation on inspection techniques for aerospace components, with a focus on the challenges of internal threads and burrs. These sessions are a great way to share knowledge from recent projects, upskill across disciplines, and strengthen our approach to quality in critical applications.

We wrapped up the afternoon with a few rounds of laser tag and axe throwing, before finishing the evening at Emerson’s Brewery.
